what’s funny about those old pics is that no one knew what they looked like until days or weeks later because someone had to develop the film. Amateur photos were, in general, awful, so when you see good ones, it’s a treat.
Wow, your dad looks like he was ready to disco all night long at that wedding! The outfit, the hair, the attitude – he’s definitely bringing the groovy vibes.
I’m so glad our 1973 photos didn’t turn out this way. Everyone was decked out in traditional style tuxedoes and gowns. My Mother-in-law, a professional seamstress, sewed all the dresses and her skills were amazing. Everyone’s hair was a bit longer than it would be today but there were no “hippies”. I did have one uncle who had a trademark brushcut right up to that time then changed to what everyone called a “Beatle” hair style. Great times!
Such a nice atmosphere in the photo
Definitely. Incredibly scenic and stylish.

My guess would be 72-73
As different as the women’s fashion is excluding the groom I could wear any of the other men’s outfits to a wedding today and no one would bat an eye
Which One honestly

This looks like an album cover for a cool alternative Indie band
Looks like a big creepy shadow in the background
Very demure
Clothes were just hideous back then. And yes, was the ages of 5-15 during the seventies. I remember them well.
