At old house squirrels would come to sliding glass door when hungry and look in the house. Grabbed peanuts and fed them. But be careful because their little bastard claws are like razor blades and will go through skin in a heartbeat. Never stopped me though. New house squirrels are not there yet, but they are wary of the Saint Bernard and Bernie.

My squirrel visitor in 2020-2021 helped keep me sane. She got so comfortable that she’d tap on the glass door to let me know she was there if I didn’t notice. She’d get special treats when she did that!
