  1. In her mind, still the same woman in her prime with a gun during the II World War. Not a new feeling for her, I’d say. Probably the same attitude even earlier, in the Caucasus. Russian revolution etc. Just general living, even.

  2. Imagine her staring at you, never flinching, just like she is looking deep down in an abyss. Putting her rifle aside, she whispers:“ I am going to take my time with this one“. Her comrades leave the room in fear of what is about to happen and close the door behind them firmly.
    The following moments recite in your brain just as a hollow hallucination, a dream in the heat of a fever…. The rope, the pain and her grim smile whilst she slowly took off one of her sandals ……

  3. I hope everybody understands how these kinds of photos that “create narrative” get made. She prolly does not know what the fuck is it she holding that was shoved in her hand s by a “creative” photographer. Propaganda 101.

  4. It’s honestly amazing to see what the Armenians went through in the last 100 years. Faced with genocide, the advent of the Soviet Union, WWII, Socialist Armenia, and the Fall of the Soviet Union. It really shows how strong and tough they really are
