Nope! I guessed that it’s the middle finger because you mentioned having a fake nail, but if there wasn’t such information, it would be hard to notice! I’d think it’s just your hand looking like that, people usually don’t have all the nails perfectly similar 🙂

These are the most natural looking fake nails I’ve seen, I thought it was just a pretty nail polish till you said they were fake, that when I noticed the thumb nail but still look very real…. my mind is having a hard time getting convinced
